Only if it’s a high arch plank. That’s the good **** 

It’s like a regular plank but you stretch your arms posted further out past your head, making it more difficult. I always do mine on my elbows but up to you 

You know what I miss from cinemas? 3D Glasses.

Now, I know what you’re gonna say, and yeah, they were a stupid ******* gimmick, but I got a damn good reason for missing them.

When I was around eleven years old, my parents took me to see the movie Pirhanna 3D in theaters. Now, I was a weird kid (as many are) and I had a habit of reading the captions underneath the parental rating that describes the content present in the movie (sexual content, violence, suggestive themes, blah blah blah) and my parents were pretty strict when it came to nudity specifically. We went into the movie almost completely blind, only knowing Dad wanted to see it because it reminded him of Jaws.

So we pay for the ticket, walk down the hall to the auditorium and I just so happen to walk by a poster of Pirhanna 3D. So, out of curiosity and habit, I checked the captions…

“STRONG SEXUAL CONTENT THROUGHOUT”

“Oh ****…”

Ensue the greatest movie experience of my life. That movie was the first time I had ever seen a ****** before. I also got to experience the euphoria of watching a Pirhanna chomp off and spit a CGI severed **** onto the screen in 3D. My parents were gawked at throughout the watching experience by the rest of the surprisingly packed theater of grown adults, as I was the only child in that room. It was ******* amazing. I became a man that day.

Btw, gotta be honest, you were one of two people on this site I thought would be a contender to beat my at my exercise challenge. You give off ‘retired Olympic wrestler turned Dad” vibes 

Folk Style is ******* awesome. Don’t know if you’ve heard of it or not, but you should consider looking into the Korean folk style wrestling ‘Ssireum’. Has a peculiar ruleset in competition and is pretty interesting to watch

Honestly, we can do the planking challenge but it’s not gonna be a very exciting watch video-wise, so I suggest we add something a little extra to the equation. Your thoughts?
