Let's try it another way:
Who is more English; Michael Bisping, or Leon Edwards?

^ This is correct. They are both equally English, but are culturally very different, even though they both weren't born in England. Edwards is a Yardy. Or is descended from Yardies. This is in fact an authentic British culture that emerged organically in England as a result of West Indian (mostly Jamaican) immigration. Bisping is a Yonner being from Lancashire. Also English.
There is a domination of Punk known as
Skathat arose as a result of Yardies and working-class British whites intermingling. It didn't exist before this said intermingling.
The point is it is culture, not race, that defines what a person is. You could abduct an Indigenous person from a previously uncontacted tribe in the Amazon Jungle at the age of three months, and raise it to become an English Toff if you so desired.

"He is implying they are not African Champions because he still lives there and trains there. DDP doesnt make the criteria of what a African champion is."

I think what he's saying is that DDP isn't an African champion because he isn't a UFC champion which is correct.

No he's saying DDP can't "make the criteria" for who isn't an African champ. DDP's whole point is he'd the first African born, raised, and fighting out of an African gym to win the gold, which is totally fine distinction to make. It justifies the criteria, much like how Leon is the first true British champion since he did out of Birmmingham, because of how big an achievement it would be to have a African gym be able to produce homegrown success.

I don't think he's saying DDP can't be an African champion, just that he currently isn't. At least I hope that's what he's saying.

Whole thing with Dricus is that he represents Africa, its not just about heritage when he says "you're not a real African champion", its about him actually staying in Africa and fighting under its flag while training there. People seriously make a huge deal out of this but everything he said is absolutely fact, he never once implied that Izzy or Usman aren't Africans by heritage, he just stated that he's the one that is representing Africa the right away and that's 100% correct, yeah these 2 left, but if they're so big on their heritage they could have moved back once they earned enough money but they decided to stay in the US/NZ.
Dricus is STILL in Africa. That's the difference
Nothing is stopping Usman and Izzy who are both millionaires to come back, live there and even make a huge difference for the community bar the fact that they're so far detached from the culture and they really prefer the Western culture/civilization. They're acting super sensitive to this but in reality Dricus is 1000% right

I 100% agree, but when you say someone who has Africa on his birth certificate, passport, who lives, trains, eats and sleeps in Africa isn't African because they're not black, that's literally the definition of racism lol

I think O'Malley has a huge flaw with throwing his right hand. He either does that 1-2 he loves, or he'll just throw out a straight or overhand, but he either always sort of "freezes" in space for like a second or two after throwing the right, or he will retract the hand but it will be way too low, or sort of "hanging" out in space to his side protecting...nothing really. Yan and a few others have already punished him for that, but not quite to the extent where it's been a fight-ending counter or sequence. O'Malley has a decent chin for cutting all that weight and having a skinny neck, but I think the longer he fights the more that flaw will be noticeable and exposed. He is good at switching stances so maybe that's a good way for him to cover it up or something, but I truly think if that guy ever gets KO'd on the feet it will be from that huge opening on the right side of his face.
