Let me Start, I find it insane it like 4 days to Chrismas , Im suprise it so close to the end of the Year, Fells like Junes.Anyone have anything cool plan for Chrissy, I’m probley just gonna mess around at the gym

Depends on how comfortable you feel really. Are you at the stage where you're prepared for him to potentially blow up your phone with messages at any moment or would you still only prefer to talk to him on the app at a time that suits you? Having said that, the closest I've ever been to a romantic relationship was this girl a couple of years back who gave me her number pretty much right from the off and then proceeded to call me at 5am the next day to wish me a good morning (we lived about 6 miles away so there was no time difference or anything). I told her that I appreciated the sentiment but told her that she had ruined what might've potentially been a good morning by waking me up at 5 in the ******* morning and that I'd appreciate it if she either didn't do that or just texted instead. She hung up and never returned any of my later messages or calls and a mutual friend said I'd blown it and we weren't gonna meet up anymore. So yeah, take my dating advice with a fi****l of salt.

So I'm at this do with the Mrs and some family etc, it sucks, I'm bored and nobody really likes me. Her cousin is there and I hate this guy. Unbelievably self-righteous, he's a hard-left social worker and kind of exactly the sort of person I don't like. He's talking about how most of the people he has to deal with who have been ****d are from the country not from the city and how actually the rate of **** is higher in the country than in urban regions. A few people were surprised that it wasn't the other way around, and I piped up that I didn't think that statistic was reliable.
Anyway, the aforementioned cousin starts rattling off stats and case examples etc et al. I actually don't really give a ****, he's probably right but I want to spin him up so as he's bloviating about it all I interrupted him and just said 'I don't believe you'. That can't be true'.
It worked. He says 'Well what evidence do you have to the contrary, Rob'? And Totally deadpan and matter-of-factly, without even looking up from eating off my plate of ****** grilled eggplant and some other planked ****, I just shrugged my shoulders and said 'Just personal experience really. I've been ****d way more times in the city than the country'.
Which I thought and still do think is hilarious but yeah....it didn't go down well.

EDIT: "But of the joke" or "butt of the joke?" Never spelled that one out. Upon further reflection the latter looks more appropriate but has some unfortunate connotations in this context.
