Mayo, It depends what part of Chicago you are in. You have to be careful in any part but there are some parts you really have to be careful. As I said before, I live in the suburbs so when I do go into Chicago at night time, I am always walking around with my hands in my pockets. That way, people are less likely to come up to you.
