Just find someone with the highest pick rate who has open picks lol. Then again just make sure they aren't picking every dog and pony show event, because those are usually pretty easy to get right. Will Martin is a youtube guy who posts his picks here and he usually does well.

For what it's worth, here are my predictions but I usually only get about half right so there are some right ones and some wrong ones in this:
Also, about progressing through the belts, my advice would just be to predict as many events and as many fights as you can even if you know nothing about the fights. 92.8% (189,461 out of 204,189) of my points have come this way. It depends if you care about your pick % though, I don't so I don't mind picking anything and everything and getting some wrong (my pick % is 66.1% which is OK I guess but I'm not sure as I don't really compare my stats with others so I'm not sure what an average pick % is).
