I thought he'd move to Lightweight if he was gonna make a move, but Holy ****balls! José Aldo at Bantamweight!? He looks super lean and shredded ALREADY. Oh, and he's got 7 more fights with the UFC on his new contract... If Aldo can literally make 135lbs.... Whoo you wanna see him up against? Cory Sandhagen? Petr Yan? Cody Garbrandt? Kill Henry Cejudo?

I wouldn't want to be Henry Cejudo right now.

I can't imagine him getting Cejudo right away. But yeeeeaah man. I wouldn't wanna be Cejudo either! Remember, Aldo has some of the best Takedown Defense in the whole UFC. Regardless of weight class

I think Aldo can beat Cejudo. That's a bad fight for Henry. Real question is whether or not he can get through boxers like Garbrandt which seem to be his Kryptonite.

I think he'd starch No Chin Cody. I'd like to see him fight in a non title fight just to see how he looks first. Wouldn't want a repeat of TJ happening where he's weak and can't take a shot.

Cody's chin isn't good, and when Aldo's at his best, he's a Muay Thai wrecking machine.

So would he get a top or bottom of the top 15 matchup? So like Rob Font or Jimmie Rivera (mid top 15) or Petr Yan or Sandhagen at the top. Even Marlon Moraes?

jose. said he would fight moraes, i hope it works out for him. hes in the top 5 of my all time favorites, but moving down in weight usually isnt a good thing late in your career. the older you get the harder the weight cuts are. but he seems to be doing it right, over time with good nutrition. i'll be rooting for him for sure. im prolly one of the few here that actually likes henry but i'll take jose all day in that fight if it happens.

Yeah, moraes is a tough fight for Aldo over three rounds. Aldo would need to survive some hellacious **** before Marlon gasses.

I actually reeeaally like that fight. Aldo vs. Moraes. But Marlon as of now, is the #1 Bantamweight. Think he'll get the #1 guy first fight at 135? And I forgot, Petr Yan is matched up against Urijah Faber. I literally forgot about that fight.... That's how hype I am for it.

Honestly, how do you guys feel about 135lb Aldo. All the pics I've been seeing, I don't like. He looks worse than Dillashaw did dropping to Flyweight. He looks bad in this interview, even worse than before, because of weigh-in's in the morning I assume. Sooooo ******* sucked in looking. You can see every bone in his face. Annnd then he claims that "he's in the best shape of his career. He's NEVER felt better, faster, stronger or more powerful than now" Which I find absolutely ridiculous. I actually think he's lying straight thru his teeth. How he could possibly feel better, stronger and more powerful, as a sucked in and drained skeletor-man, I really don't understand. Have a look-see yourself then tell me what you think.... .

I'm gonna agree with the Chef on this one. What changed my mind is that I started trying to think of a fighter who has looked better going down a weight ....and couldn't, really. I mean really Aldo looks like he stepped out of a world vision commercial in that ****. I'm surprised he didn't try and eat the mic. He looks horrendous. Weight cut will hurt him bad on the night...I think he gets iced, sadly, by the first decent thing that connects.

And yeah of course he's gonna say he feels great. I mean it's not like he's gonna say 'Look man, I'm hungry enough to suck a **** and can barely think let alone move, and earlier today I lost a fight with a sparrow over half a cruskit'.
