I did not realize he had weighed in. Commissions do not decide who fighting,. they simply decide who can't fight. So UFC does have it say and they never would of picked Al anyways. However I did not realize he already weighted in at .2 over, so it a moot point I guess. As for ranking, Al was taken out of them because UFC butt hurt with him. Prior to being taken out of the rankings he was ranked in the top 10 and has not lost since then. I highly doubt the commission would of not allowed the fight saying he was to low ranked.Unlike Felder, he was ranked in the top 10 and was taken out of the rankings because of inactivity, not because he ever lost a fight. However new york is a **** show, so who knows.

What about you just said differs from what I said? I said they have the ability to say who can't fight, not who is goning to fight.
Though to be honest, not sure why I even bother responding when your the same guys who thinks PEDs don't help fighters lol.
