That 'Groundhog Day' is decent...would've been awesome if I was like 12, but IDK you guys hyping it like it's the new coming of him and gonna be album of the year...no.

I think it's meh at best. Even with Rubin on the beat and Kendrick as feature guest he can't deliver... I hate his hectic screaming double time part at the end, ruins this track and many others for me.
Out of 10 possible points I rate this album......Goofy pop ****/10
I rather listen to this, Curren$y might not be on Em's level lyrically but damn he got miles on him in smoothness...Jets ************

The album's catchy and some of the violent **** is early-Eminem-esqe (which I ******* love) but the album is way too pop-oriented and Eminem comes across as really ******* old, what with his dated references and ****. I mean c'mon, referencing Ray Jay and Fabolous' beef like 3 years ago? Pause...
Not gonna lie tho, this album passed my own expectations. I was expecting something like a 6/10 album, but I was presented with a 7.5/10 instead. It's DEFINITELY not the rap album of the year but because white people everywhere rejoice whenever Eminem releases an album, it's probably gonna win like 5 Grammys.

And Trev, i didn't say the whole album was wack...i was referring to the song you posted that i listened to, and that one line was just kinda wack...so using my own opinion of it, I posted my response. See how it works..
And to address the other stuff you said, let's not forget....in the grand scheme of everything, i'm a much bigger fan of Eminem than Kendrick at this point. But it's different era's dog, you're stuck in the past and stuck on that Eminem **** that was cool at like age 13...and you can do that, but I have to call you out when you say that Em is bigger than Kendrick this year.
You're basically saying that Cro Cop will win fighter of the year over Anthony Pettis...
An all-time great that did some ok/cool stuff (MMLP2 = K1 champ) that's a shell of his former self...is better than a new era Champ and future of the sport (UFC Title Win = Control Verse)
