Sucks seeing Newton's downturn as of late. He should be more careful in picking fights IMO, and maybe try to get into the UFC.

@PilloryChoke You are right man, he/his management should be more thoughtful when arranging fights. However, I think that they are going where they get paid the most, FN in this case. The Erokhin fight at HW, basically could have gone either way.I had Erokhin edging the fight, but Newton was never gonna get that decision. Newton, as it's the case lately, was trying to outpoint his opponent in this last fight. However, in Russia ,against a russian, it's extremely hard to get the "W" with that kind of gameplan. I think that Newton edged this fight against Astakhov, 29-28.
