And was still a fan following the losses. He has a lot of potential and he's actually pretty underrated but this fight doesnt make much since besides the fact that he's been out of the cage a long time. So i'll accept this as a ring rust fight and Appelt is peaking right now coming off the biggest win of his career but if Lashleys next fight isn'r against someone like Sergei or Kongo then i'm not sure how serious he is about his MMA career at that point cause he was really fighting often and training hard and making one last push at a championship in a major promotion.

finished his last 4 opponents on a huge win streak. Has never been dominated in any fight. Destroyed griggs and then gassed because he was fighting him with mono and got finished. got robbed against thompson and now just finished him in under a minute. All anyone ever does is talk ***t about him when he's winning fights and finishing fights.

When he beats a good, ranked opponent let us know then we can get excited about this 40 year old prospect.
