I would greatly prefer Kharitonov but Barnett will probably overcome

would love sergei to win, but i think barnett lays on him lookig for subs and missing them, but getting the decision

Barnett I'm sure is the favorite, but I'm a huge fan of Kharitonov. I think if this man does everything I think he's capable of, he'll clean house in the Strikeforce HW division, and then move on to the UFC. Whoever wins this fight, I think will win the entire tournament.

Barnett via sub, Sergei's TDD is nothing special and Barnett is arguably the best grappler in the HW division.

This is tough. Barnett's only been stopped twice with strikes, so I don't know if Sergei can pull it off.

Barnett is the all around more well rounded, and skilled fighter of the two, but Kharitonov can't be counted out.  He is skilled in his own right.  He hits very hard, and if he's in shape, he can be very tenacious. 

I doubt Barnett won't be well prepared for this fight though.  Sergei might give Barnett a scare or two, but in the end Barnett will prove to be the better fighter.
