That was a severely injured Diaz. Big difference. This Diaz won't have a camp, but he's said to be in shape, and he won't have to cut.

I'm sure he will try. I have a feeling it's gonna be hard to get in McGregor's head though. He has so much confidence right now I don't think anything Diaz does in the way of trash talking with throw him off at all.

Diaz not only gets on people's nerves with his talking but also his way of fighting.

Problem with this fight is that Conor has to win for money reasons. Due to that, I feel the UFC will try to give Conor every way to win. He cannot lose this one.

It's a business and McGregor is huge right now and the UFC wants to see him keep winning but I highly doubt they are fixing any of his fights. It's all about the money and maybe they are avoiding some opponents right now like Frankie or Khabib but I think eventually McGregor will probably fight both of them.

I admit they want him to keep winning. But he has had some tough opponents and walked through them all so it's not like the UFC is feeding him scrubs and fighting Diaz on short notice is not a give me fight at all.

I know Diaz is not a give me fight but he has been so on and off that is not as risky as Nurm or Cerrone.

It was funny at my work today that a Conor fan even made fun of how Edgar was injured so the UFC then offered it to him knowing he could not fight. This guy is a die hard fan of of him, too.

This fight is a lot more competitive than people think, this is Conor's first fight where he faces a taller, lengthier fighter, If is happens to go to the ground (Which it probably won't) Then Conor enters a completely different world in Diaz's guard or Diaz on top. But Diaz could get one-punched like Aldo and all this analysis goes to ****.
