@Vazio I only caught the tail end of that fight, so I didn't see all of the holes in Bezerra's game. What does he need to improve?

I semi studied these fights,and like many i'm kinda unimpressed with Silveira.Almost 60 fights,strong record,but his ground is pretty mediocre and his cardio seems suspect for an experienced guy like that at a camp like Nova Uniao.Kudos to the 2-1 guy.Most notable thing in the fight might actually be the ref =/.

@GreenHornet cardio (he was dead tired by doing... not much), takedowns (the other guy was a 100% striker and still he couldn't get him down), movement (as most HWs, he was just standing there). but he is pretty new to the MMA scene, maybe he will get better

Silveira could have probably just scored a TKO win if he pounced on him after that knee. As one-sided as this is, I still expected more from him.

@Kinsala yeah, Dragon Fight Nova União is the affiliate gym of Nova União in Fortaleza. They sometimes go train with the guys in Rio and vice-versa.
