Silva has been suspended for one year from the date of his last fight. That puts him in line to return February 1, 2016, in time for Super Bowl Weekend.
He has also been fined his $200,000 win bonus and 30% of his $600,000 show money, which equals out to $380,000.
The win over Nick Diaz has officially been overturned to a No Contest.
