Don't know how reliable a source this is, but they seem to be quoting the nutter first hand.

You would think fighting smarter would have been an option for him before making such a drastic and unnecessary change.Fighting like a nutjob to please the fans is admirable I guess, but I would much rather see him mix in td's,look for his once highly touted and clearly high level ground game (for the time) and just fight like this isn't a toughman competition or UFC 7.I get an uneasy feeling when he steps in the cage knowing that in 15 minutes his face will look like he was attacked with a machete.

I find his fights very entertaining so I can't really knock him but at the same time I always feel like he's robbed himself of his own potential. With his past of inconsistency in training and dedication to every fight camp I think FW is a terrible idea.Almost every fight he looks drastically different physically which is a sign of his camps or diet between fights being all over the place.I think it's a terrible idea and I predict his chin doesn't hold up nearly as good at 145 and his career goes downhill much faster than it has been, which will be like sprinting to the end of his career.Maybe the change and new start will be good for him and he does everything correctly and looks good, but I really don't think so.

I guess when your fight IQ is "Rock Em Sock Em Robots," it doesn't really matter what weight class you fight in.

I've posted the Diego Sanchez checklist before. Hes still just going to charge forward and absorb a ton of punches.

When Diego Sanchez retires he will be fluent in English and Brain Trauma.

That he'll have a really strong understanding of how brain trauma works, due to having a lot of it. Duh.

Edit: The part of Mike's post I question is the "fluent in English" part. Not totally sure that's a thing now, much less 5 or 6 more split decisions from now.

Didn't Diego miss 155 like 3 fights ago? Plus at 155 he has a better chance of getting KOed which I'm going to take sick pleasure in because I'm sick of his robbery decisions.
