From 165 to 126. He Literally had to cut 1/4 of his body mass in order to make weight, how is that even possible? I mean, he should be dead by now, right?

I hope we don't have another Anthony Johnson situation where he gets overconfident and still come in overweight at his new weight class.

Lineker will make his middleweight debut in two years; will be overweight. He will then move up to 205 and start wrecking fools.

Cutting to bantamweight from 165 is still a huge cut, Barao might be the only bantamweight as big as he is.

Dude weights more than Frankie Edgar does and was fighting at flyweight. He might be the worst case of Rumbleweight since... Rumble.

At least Lineker was 4 of 8 at making 125.  Cejudo has been scheduled 8 times at 125 and made it 0 of 2 times along with 4 withdrawals due to medical reasons and 2 other fights that didn't pan out for unknown reasons.  Odds he makes 125 against Cariaso in a few days are pretty low, time to banish him from 125 too.

@IdrownFish, Lineker is a fat moron, he's 165lbs like Hendricks is 220lbs...funny now, Hendricks walks around below 190 and is 180 off just proper diet and training...May not even need to cut weight. I tell you clownshoes this, you don't listen but then wonder why I'm always being hilarious? Pfft.

There is a difference from CUTTING 40 pounds and losing 40 pounds. Losing 40 pounds from your out of shape weight all the way to fight night is not too bad, especially since there is probably 10-15 pounds cut (the real weight cut) the final days before weigh in. That means in a 3 month camp he would lose about 10 pounds a month or 2-3 pounds a week. Really not that crazy.

Linekar is a dumbass. Get on a diet bro, call Barao and add him to your diet as well, it's call 3 weeks to shredded.

@Nomad I have to agree with you on that. Dude needs a huge change of lifestyle.

EDIT

Hendricks will still have to cut weight tho. What impresses me is that Lineker was pretty close to dying from moronic fatness and he still changed nothing about his diet AND kept trying to make 126.

@Nomad

When did Johny say he was 180? The lowest he gotten from my knowledge is about 190. That while doing pretty serous diet all camp. He dieted  one of the camps before and only got down to 205.  Personally I do think he had a lot of added weight however he also had a lot of added muscle he trimmed. I personally think where going to see a weaker Johny then before. Maybe a little faster, with better cardio (then lawler fights), but I bet we will not be seeing the Johny that was able to toss GSP around or the one who power bombing condit like 11 times.

Some recent video Hendricks said "Been wakin' up 179-181 this last week and that's with me eatin' and drinkin' a gallon of water everyday, know'Im'sayin'?"

Come on guys, MMA fighters get fat and brag about their weight. It's normal.

Do you have evidence of said video? I don't see anything on Google about this, and seems little far fetched that he that low in weight.

It clearly was not just fat. He had lot of extra muscle.  I personally also don't think he looked as strong as he has since fighting GSP. Also find it little strange that his cardio has been a bit of an issue lately,  yet somehow he was able to push the pace with GSP for all 5 rounds while several times over powering him.

I thought u were talking about walk around weight. Which is what I was searching. He in the process of already cutting weight. He even talks about getting back up to mid 180's during the day. Yea I am not surprised he got that low while in process of cutting weight. I would be very surprised if that was his walk around weight even during fight camp.  He already gone through a round of weight cutting. He also mention in the video that during camp his weight was around 190.

I don't think he ever had to cut 40 lbs of water. Probably started his training camp at 165. That being said, I don't think he ever gets a title shot at 125 because he runs the risk of not making weight.

It's almost as if the UFC would be to blame for the fighter missing weight in a title fight, cuz he misses weight so often (fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me)

I didn't know Hendricks still packs a lip. I knew several rowers who did that to help them lose weight. I imagine he picked up the habit during his wrestling days for the same reason.
