Lets hear about some good prospects...

I'll start with 2 I think could be contenders and maybe Champions in the UFC at 145 lbs and 155 lbs.  One has had 4 pro fights and one has had 8 pro fights...but they both unbeaten and have big time talent.  Another interesting thing is they are training partners.

1) Gregor Gillespie 155 lbs. (4-0....4 1st rd stoppages)  Was a 4 Time All American and D1 National Champion wrestler.  Interesting story and has a similar buzz of dominance like Chris Weidman had a few years ago when he was 4-0 as a Ring Of Combat fighter from Long Island before getting his UFC call.  Gregor trains with Keith Trimble at Bellmore Kickoxing/MMA around guys like Costas Philippou, Ryan LaFlare, Dennis Burmudez, World Champion Boxer Chris Algieri and many others.  Great talent, great coaching...I believe he could make a big noise sooner than later despite only having 4 fights.

2)  One of the others Gillespie trains with is his training partner undefeated 145 lber Andre Harrison Former Ring Of Combat Champion now in Titan FC.  Andre was 6-0 as an amateur and is currently 8-0 as a professional. He was a 2X All American D2 wrestler and is a physical specimen who is athletic, big and strong for that weight class.  Andre is fighting 17-3 Cody Bollinger March 20th in Titan 33. Keep an eye on him and Gillespie.   (Recent videos below)

Another fighter I think that should be in the UFC is obviously Marcin Tybura.  The undefeated Polish fighter is breezing through the 265 division at M-1 Global and doing it decisively; as he is 6-0 in the organization (with a overall record of 12-0), has never left a fight to go to a decision in M-1, and is currently the organization's champion after knocking out previous champ Damian Grabowski in the first round and won his first title defense with a first round submission over another great M-1 Heavyweight prospect in Dennis Smoldarev.

Here is his fight against Konstantin Gluhov, which he also won by first round submission.

With the departure of Hendo going to middleweight, and with Shogun, Little Nog, and Rashad Evans most likely being on they're last few fights, I think Maxim Grishin would be a really good option. I think he would definitely be top 15, possibly top ten. Stephan Puetz, Josh Stansbury, and Misha Cirkunov are the best prospects currently that need to be signed soon.

I know he was mentioned red before but with Aaron Pico, it will be interesting to see how he does once he does start doing MMA.

Cage Warriors Welterweight Champion Nicolas Dalby should be looked at by the UFC, especially now that Cage Warriors isn't holding fights right now and will probably be on Bellator's radar.  Dalby is 13-0 and has the stamina to go 5 rounds, as he has 6 decision victories in his career thus far.

Here is video of Dalby's last fight in Cage Warriors where he successfully defended his belt against Norwegian MMA prospect Mohsen Bahari.

One middleweight fighter that I would love to see in the UFC is Anatoly Tokov.  He's 18-1 and is dominating Middleweight fighters in all of Russia's top MMA promotions with 10 of his victories ending by KO.

Here is a video of Anatoly Tokov's KO victory over Albert Duraev.

It'd be great the UFC signed Slava Vasilevsky.

They are putting out a lot of talent. However, I was really disappointed in Khabilov yesterday. I think he has way more talent than he showed.

@Rappinpapsoda  Yeah, that whole Porto Alegre card was something out of the twilight zone.  I think the heat and humidity may have hampered Khabilov's stamina in that fight.

One promising Light Heavyweight prospect I have recently noticed is Karl Albrektsson.  The 21 year old Swedish fighter is undefeated at 4-0, with all of his victories being finishes (2 KO's and 2 Submissions).  Also as an interesting side note, Albrektsson trains in the same gym (Pancrase Gym Sweden) with UFC fighter Magnus Cedenblad.

Here is a video of Albrektsson's 1st round KO victory over Nordine Hadjar.

Italian middleweight Alessio Di Chirico is a promising prospect.  The 25 year old from Rome has a solid 8-0 record, with 4 wins by submission and 4 wins by KO/TKO, and is supposedly going to fight former UFC fighter Karlos Vemola for his next opponent.  Not only that, this kid won the 2014 IMMAF World Championship in the 205 division.

Here is a video of Alessio Di Chirico beating Adam Kowalski at PLMMA 47:
