unless it's a really really bad racist stuff (which on Brazil is one of the few minor crimes that isn't a bailable offense), you can't get arrested for that. she may have to pay a fine, but I really doubt anything serious came out of this. there were WAY worse cases of cyber harassment that came to nothing... but the media loves that stuff.
