He gave his kid's mother the following injuries:
“the victim suffered a life-threatening laceration to her pancreas, eight broken ribs, a punctured lung, an orbital fracture and two lumbar fractures” in the initial incident.
He was convicted and this his second offence.
What would be an apt punishment?
