Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware that this Friday, October 4th, at Bellator 102 Jason Butcher takes his next step toward his first Championship belt. Spike TV, 9PM EST, Butcher is the second fight and you don't want to miss it. I mean, how often do you get the opportunity to get on a band wagon on the ground floor?

Normally you miss the band wagon until it's too late and you run the risk of being accused of being a "fair weather fan". Well friends and neighbors, it's time to get on Team Butcher while you can still say you "saw this coming" and that you were "there from the start".

7-0, 5 Submissions, 1 retirement, and counting.

"It is not enough to aim, you must hit."

You do know that even if he wins a Bellator championship belt he is screwed for life, right? I mean, he is 28 years old. Poor dude should've signed with WSOF.

Uh... I meant to say that the contract he has with Bellator will hold him there for his entire prime.

That's what I do, I come on Internet forums and pretend to be friends with people no one knows. That's totally way more lame than pretending to be a WWE wrestler and griefing people with mid-90's catchphrases.

There are worse things. Bellator is a national brand in a sport that is exploding. Ten years ago no one knew what the hell a UFC was. Plus until someone beats him there's no where to go but up.

Hmmm... Looks like when I read this thread on my tablet, it made a blank post for some reason. Oh well, that's happened before a few times.  Some sort of glitch with the browser, I suppose.

Anyway, good luck with the fight, and I'll pay extra close attention when making my pick for the fight.

OK.  Just looked it over.  I'm thinking Mr. Butcher has a really good chance.  7-0, with a height and reach advantage, all finishes so far, etc.

I'm going with a Butcher win by second round submission, so if that could be taken into consideration, I'd appreciate it.

That was just sad at the end.  Did well at the start, but couldn't get the takedown.  Oh well.
