Cormier vs. Nelson

As good as Roy Nelson looked in the weigh-ins, and as much as I would love to see him win, I just don't see him beating Daniel Cormier. Cormier has one of the most solid wrestling bases among HWs in MMA, and has a very solid boxing game.

Cormier didn't impress me too much in his fight with Frank Mir, but I think that could've been just the UFC jitters. What the Frank Mir fight brings to mind though is, if Roy Nelson couldn't outgrapple Frank Mir, then how is he going to fair in a wrestling match with Cormier? You know that Cormier will want to turn it into a wrestling match if he doesn't like the stand-up with Roy Nelson, and I'm pretty sure Cormier won't want to stand and trade for too long with Nelson.

Hopefully Big CANtry will get cut after cormier dominates him everywhere.

I'd pick Cormier by TKO, except his hands will probably break before Roy's chin does.

It's not truly a DC fight unless he breaks a hand. Seems like it happens almost every time he fights.

he's definetly holding in there, but this is the 2nd least we've seen him weigh.
His lowest was against werdum then he seemed to put it back on, good to see him going in the right direction again.
