As would I, I just thought it funny that he has "conditions" for the fight. Usually we hear "anytime anyplace", just odd to hear that.

I think if you are calling out someone you don´t add: but, if

that woiuld be a fun fight but Costa would be a step down for Vitor and that makes his conditions even more ridicule

C'mon he trains with Matt Serra, let the guy show a little personality and humor. He's calling out someone whose been murdering people lately. Vitor 2.0 aint no joke. As Tommy Toehold said "Vitor got the cheez-its, the TRT, and the head kicks."

I mean if Vitor wants to wait for a title shot, well he has earned that right. I would prefer him though to take a fight in the meantime.

Good fight to make. it would be nice to see Vitor fight outside of Brazil as well.

Costa's getting a bit ahead of himself here ... you don't call someone out who's above you in the rankings AND give terms!

You either call him out or you don't.

Since he's the one that has everything to gain and nothing to lose in fighting Vitor he should fight him anywhere ...
