GSP's gonna win. It is now clear in my head.

After watching what Koscheck and Condit did to Hendricks, this should be easy for GSP. Hendricks is gonna gas by round 3 and GSP is gonna jab the ****** to a decision win.

GSP's jab may be the most defensively sound technique in MMA, there is literally no way you could counter that strike with something significant.

By far the closest prediction line we've had for a GSP fight in the history of Tapology.

Kampmann and Fitch couldn't get out of the way and got blasted by the Hendricks.

But otherwise, Hendricks has 2 split decisions over Pierce and Koscheck, and I don't think he really "beat" Condit other than being on top a bunch.

GSP can make a mistake and get blasted like anyone else, but I think the odds are against it.

Usually I get more and more nervous in the week leading up to a GSP fight, but with Hendricks I started out really nervous and am getting more and more confident.

He's got a puncher's chance and I think that's it.

It cracks me up how each new opponent GSP gets is his most dangerous yet. This thought process makes me laugh especially with Johnny because really all he does is shoot a double and if you back out he follows with an overhand left or he leads with an overhand left and follows with a shot.

GSP possibly by FINISH finally.

@Lopati: It's true, but the one thing that Hendricks has got is accuracy. He doesn't just sling wild leather like he did even two years ago. He's much more measured now, which means he needs to be taken seriously.

Skellli, I definitely think he is a worthy adversary for GSP, but I don't think he wins this fight.

And Ironically I am one of the most anti-GSP people around.

This will like every other GSP fight. I want Hendricks to knock him out but all he has is a puncher's chance.

GSP's old mentor Kristof Midoux recommends GSP to retire and he thinks he will because GSP wants a family and he wants to open a school. He also says that GSP's going to move out of the way so that Rory could take over.

And in case wakester wants to come in and **** **** up, here's the actual article from La Presse. I can read French too and the English translation say the same thing.

Anik I do think this will be GSP's last fight at 170 simply because he's cleaned out the division. There is nothing left to do there. In your opinion do you think he would retire at 32 years old?

Why wouldn't he? GSP seems disinterested at this point and knowing the amount of work put into his training camps I don't think he will be able to juggle a family and a fighting career at the same time. I think it's more than possible that he retires now.

I have a feeling he will if he finishes Johny Hendricks or if he loses. If he wins another decision, it's up in the air. I'd hate to see him go but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

I do agree with you. He's talked about wanting a family a lot which is pretty much impossible with his schedule I'm sure. His training camps are known for being the most grueling in the sport. Even Firas said he's not sure how much longer he will be able to put himself through that. I hate the idea of him retiring but I could understand it if he did.

Is Georges married or have a girlfriend? I heard that he said he wanted to lots of kids when he grows up... maybe the time has come. I would be a little surprised if he retired, if he loses I think he will want a rematch but I could seeing him wanting to go out on a high note if he gets a finish like Anik said

He's not married nor does he have a girlfriend. It has been one of the sacrifices he's made to dedicate all of himself to being a better mixed martial artist. I think it has been wearing on him a lot especially since his ACL injury. Seems like he talks about family and wanting kids more then ever before.

Don't think this is gonna happen, personally. I see him taking a few more fights, as long as he keeps winning, until he breaks Anderson's record. Then I think he'd be satisfied enough to retire.

GSP has mentioned a few times that he won't fight Rory and that he has a plan that everyone will see soon. I wouldn't think he would be saying that if he planned on retiring. I also don't think he'll go up to 185. Both GSP and Firas have said that it would be easier for him to drop to 155, so I think that might be his plan. He would tear the 155 division apart.
