Prediction: wrong Hardy   wrong Decision

Hardy is 1 inch taller and has a 6 inch reach advantage on Lytle... Hardy has the technical advantage in striking has higher hands, better kicks, and tighter straight punches. Lytle is a wild winger puncher and only has 3(T)KO finishes out of his 30 wins.... If Lytle wants to win this fight he's gotta get it to the ground.... If he gets in that brawler mentality, Which I think might happen and also with Ebersole derailing him on his last fight, making Lytle consider retirement.  Hardy is hungry for a win and is being underestimated... Hardy's last 3 losses are from GSP, CONDIT, AND JOHNSON....Those aren't bad losses and I think all 3 of those guys are ranked higher than Lytle and would beat him. I'm going with Hardy by decison or TKO.... and Lytle has the chance for a quick submission.

This will be Hardy's bounce-back fight. I think we'll see the Lytle of old stand and trade in the center, and Hardy should have better handspeed.

I agree that this fight is getting fight of the night, but I think Lytle is going to win. Hardy is younger, but Lytle hits so much harder.

i'm stuggling to decide... i want to see them both win, but neither lose lol. i can see how both fighter could win or lose via KO/TKO but dont see either doing so, and i don't see either being subbed

i think i'm settled on a decision just not sure who...its gonna be razor close imo. i'm edging toward Lytle as he has his wrestling/BJJ to fall back on if the standup's not going his way... he's become known as standup fighter as of late and his BJJ and wrestling are often overlooked and underestimated.

a loss for Hardy would be his 4th straight and that doesn't bode well for his future with the UFC, which would be a shame. i know he's severely lacking skills on the ground (besides sub escapes lol and in comparison to most fighters at WW) but he always comes to fight and is fun to watch.

@R1zla  Well you can always hope for a draw if you don't want to see either won lose!

That's very true @poir, shame i can't choose it as my pick because i would lol ... i hate missing a pick in any event so i'm going to have to decide on one, i'm 55% Lytle but feel very unpatriotic not going with Hardy lol

Lytle usually does what he says he will do and he did say he'll keep the fight standing. After a close enough to be uncomfortible first two rounds, I think Lytle takes it to the ground in the last round to secure a win.

My mind says pick Lytle, but Hardy needs a win badly and I think he'll go after it.
