i pick hardy b/c lytle is alot older and thinking retirement. this weekend we saw mike brown win a decision vs phan. he was thinking retirement. same with rivera. so its 1-1 for guys thinking retirement. i say guys thinking retirement go 1-2

Prediction: wrong Hardy   wrong Decision  

Hardy will rebound from his losing streak in this one. He has the straighter, more technical punches and will effectively counter lytle's wild looping hooks with the help of his huge reach advantage. Lytle might try to go for the TD, but lytle is no anthony johnson/gsp. Hardy by Decision.

I don't think Hardy has the power to KO Lytle, and Lytle is a veteran and isn't going to make too many mistakes.

Lytle will do what he does best, stand up and trade blow and win FOTN. Thats why Iike Lytle he just goes out to put on a show win or lose. I think this is going to be one of the nights that strategy gets him a loss though. I might be putting my money on Hardy but Im going to be cheering for Lytle.

Hardy has been working on his wrestling, but I don't think it'll be enough. If Lytle decides to stand and trade. He could get hit hard but go for a take down. Instinctive reflexes for a wrestler when they are hurt.
I'm going with Lytle decision.

lytle wants to give fans a slugfest, and for that he almost gets finished in round 1...so he comes out in 2nd and takes hardy down and subs him

3 L's in a row and still Hardy is being given every chance to keep his job, they could of easily matched him up against a wrestler.  With that said I wonder if Lytle will go for a takedown and sub?

Interesting piece of nugget abouyt Lytle's Indiana boxing career.

"Lytle's win of an Indiana boxing championship, which is true. Lytle won the title from John Moore who came into the bout with an 11-48-1 record and had not won in 12 straight fights. Lytle would prove his dominance over Moore, defending his title against the now 11-50-1 Moore again later (yes, Moore got a title rematch by losing his next bout). Chris also holds wins over 13-140-4 Donnie Penelton and 64-256-15 Reggie Strickland."

Go figure.
