Present day, Fedor. Mark Coleman fell apart towards the end of his career. He looked unstoppable at one point in time.

Chael Sonnen. He went from a legitimate challenger to Anderson Silvas middleweight title to being a nuisance in the matter of 2 years.
Obviously not the biggest \fall\ in the sport .. but its worth mention.

Realistically the first answer is Bob Sapp. He went from giving Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira the fight of his life to tapping due to strikes like 60 times in a row all in the first round. Pathetic.
