Dude beat Hiroyuki Takaya (though the belt wasn't on the line) in DREAM's NYE show, is on a 6 fight win streak, boasts a 20-3-1 record and is entering free agency ...

I think he'd be a great addition to the UFC's featherweight division ... Him along with the Conor McGregor signing would suggest a sweet future for this already "thickening" division.

What say you guys?

Looks like a fight is confirmed for the main card of WSOF 5, nice!

"A featherweight bout between Georgi Karakhanyan (21-3-1) and Waylon Lowe (14-4) is the final addition to next month's World Series of Fighting 5 main card."

Good luck dude, knock him out!

After last night's title win I love seeing where things were when I started this thread and where they are now ... I think it's now officially time for that UFC call.

I don't know what his WSOF contract is like (I don't think they're in the habit of dishing out UFC bail-out clauses), but if there's a chance I don't see why wait ...

I don't think they will try and screw you if you want to go to the UFC like Bellator but they do give big contracts to promising fighters. Gatjhe just signed a 5 fight contract and someone else just did a big contract, im thinking it was Moraes. So Georgi could be there for a little bit. great win by him

Hope to see him fight in the UFC soon despite any politics
