What is reallllllllllly going on here? I know the beginning stages on how once Rashad got injured and Jones went in to bat. And that they both verbally agreed that they would NEVER fight each other. Then, Jones wins and Rashad says you can never say never?? I thought these two guys liked each other, but the more that I'm reading its looking like two different things. Of course, this may all be hype like some fighters do to get ratings/publicity but still. Then, I read on one of the mma websites, that Jones doesn't need surgery since it was a pre existing condition from college and now Rashad has a new match. Is Jones really avoiding Evans? Comments please

Rashad is just talking **** on Jones. Jones isn't scared of Rashad and I think Rashad should be focused on Phil Davis not Jon Jones. Because if he's not focused on Phil he will get out wrestled. Rashad might be trying to hype a fight that may not even happen now.

I watched recently on a video that Rashad said during the summit, that him and Jones spoke and Rashad stated that Jones said nothing but how he was going to Beat him...I seriously think Rashad is just hyping this up....I've never cared for Evans nor am I going too...

Yea Rashad was just on Inside MMA and they asked him about the whole Jones thing. Basically he said Jones asked him if they could talk privately and the told Rashad how he was going to knock him out when they fought. He said they went back and forth but neither one got out of control about it.

IMHO the whole Jones/Evans B.S. doesn't add up which ever way you look at it. Rashad gets injured, and Jones steps in, and everything is cool with Rashad. Leading up to the fight Rashad says that if Jones wins, he won't fight Jones, then after Jones beats Shogun, Rashad comes in and says, "I guess you can never say never." Then Rashad gets pissed at Jones and Greg Jackson, and switches camps. Jones gets injured, or so we're led to believe, then Rashad has to fight Davis. Now Jones is ok, and he says, "I want to fight Rashad." Like said, nothing on form either side is adding up. They both say that they don't want to fight each other, then they want to fight each other, and now they hate each other? All I can say is...........***?

@gregory- I just hope Evans comes to fight instead of wrestle ( I know that is his creme de la creme but still!) His fight with Jackson was sooooo BORING :( IMO In Rashad's workout a few days before the fight, I was all excited because he was displaying muay thai skills along with different striking techniques, then I'm at MGM, watching him wrestle Jackson for the W...BOOORING! Yes, this fight will be exciting only because JONES is a leave everything in the ring kind of guy :)

@wolfman- I am totally ignorant when it comes to point advantage. Can you or someone explain the system to me
-
- wolfmanhowl
i will. we will do the odds on diaz vs gsp fight when it happens. i'm confident it will. even though the fight has not been scheduled they moneylines are out.. gsp is the favorite at -425. that means that you would have to wager 425 dollars to collect 100 dollars in profit if gsp won the fight. diaz is a +350 which means if you wagered 100 dollars on him you would collect 350 dollars and your original 100 dollars. 350 dollar profit on diaz if he won. i'm taking the risk and putting 100 on diaz. btw, if you place that same 100 dollars on gsp you would collect a measly 23 dollars and some change. hope that helps.

how many fights have you seen live ufcchick? i live in nevada so ive seen about 10 major ones and 4 (events) smaller organization ones in vegas called tuff n' uff and mma xplosion. they have women fight in those organizations and i'm one of the few who will admit i love the sport of womens mma. the woman bring it 90% of the time.

@wolf do you bet on mma alot? it just seems quite risky considering how unpredictable a sport it is.......
-
- wolfmanhowl
i bet all ufc events and the major strikeforce events. you can't bet bellator in vegas yet. i use on online wagering site for that. in last three ufc events i'm 26 out of 36. what i pick here is what i wager on in vegas. i picked a few upsets as well like russow over madsen. russow was around a +225 for that fight. i'm doing quite well. i'm also 15 out of 17 in m last three bellator events. its the smaller organizations that are hard. thank god i can't bet on them in vegas or my online wagering site. although i just hit 6 out of 8 on cfx 16.
