You people are insane. Okami is a MONSTER in comparison to the "poison dwarf" as Bisping put it. Okami has no chin, but who gives a damn?! Lombard cant reach him with his little stubby arms. Okami is gonna wrestle the crap out of him, just like he did to Belcher

Okami doesnt have great takedowns, if he can get to the ground he will win but I dont think he could get it there consistently. On the feet Okami is probably the better technical striker but Lombard has big power and Okami's chin has been called into question lately. IMO if Okami avoids damage early he will win but Im still leaning towards Lombard in a 3 round fight.

I like this fight an all, but really wish they would have waited a week for Jacare and Herman fight. Would have enjoyed Okami vs. Jacare. Also Jacare does have fighting roots in Japan, having fought in Dream for a part of his career. 

I do like Hector in this fight though. He should have the advantage standing and should be able to finish him within the first two rounds.

If i recall correctly, Jesse Taylor got Lombard down at some point when they fought. I never saw it, i just heard about the fight and saw some PBP. I think it's very possible Okami can get a takedown.

Although Okami's chin has been criticized in the past, it's not as bad as it's made out to be. While I don't think Okami can get Lombard down, I think he can grind him against the fence and wear him out.

Okami's only chance is on the ground so if he can't get that takedown, he is in for a long night. This fight should show weather of not the Boetsch fight was a fluke bad performance for hector

haha Thunder vs. Lighting 

Okami should get the better of it anywhere this goes.  Standing he can pick Hector apart with straight punches and when Lombard eventually rushes in he can work his clinch game.

I like Yushin in this fight. I believe his wrestling is strong enough to trump Lombard's judo. All it takes is a stuffed take down and a big shot from Lombard though. Love the match making here, not just because the nicknames are ironic either.
