Since it's a slow day in the world of MMA, I thought it would be cool to talk about Tapology and ourselves.. anything at all regarding the same.  I'll get a brief start going..

I live in PA, am 30 and have been a fan of MMA since I was a teenager.  Work for the railroad and rarely ever miss an event regardless of promotion/stature.  I like Tapology b/c of the environment it fosters.  I wish we could edit/delete our posts... maybe have categories of threads for the forums, but all in all, I appreciate the type of place this is thus far.

FINALLY. I AM SO ******* HAPPY. I FINALLY BOUGHT A GI.

When I saw the gold label on it, I was like "holy **** this is awesome". This means that I'm starting jiu-jitsu as soon as that thing comes in the mail, I'm so ******* excited.

For good measure, I also bought a gangster-as-**** rashguard with matching spats to boot.

Yeah, it was a pretty cool interaction. He asked me what types of tea we had and I replied with a lot. So then he pauses and he's like, "...what's chai" to which I respond with "I can't really tell you 'cause I don't know, but it sucks."

Him and his Arab friend laughed and eventually he settled on an English Breakfast tea...so there ya go.

As for Chad Ochocinco, dude ordered the girliest drink ever...twice. He came back a couple of hours later, but he seemed like an alright guy who just likes his privacy. PK seems like the type of guy who loves to be famous.

BBC is on the bandwagon.

I might be American, but I do hope it passes.

Just wondering, but for those European Tapology Users, what you yall think about this?

A lot of serious economists are saying it will be really bad long term for Scotland if it happens.  But who knows.

@greg, I've read it both ways. Stiglitz (who I respect very much) has a surprisingly positive view on Scottish Independence. It's a tough one to call.

Wish they'd give more coverage on the Scottish independence situation on the US main stream news instead of covering the same topics as always: ISIS (which they seem to continue going back and forth on) and the NFL (which have handled their current ongoing situations so poorly that they've made FIFA look like saints and who've become a big laughing stock).

I do know John Oliver did however dive into the current Scottish independence on Last Week Tonight on Sunday and he had Brave Heart bits in it which of course Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert then dropped gags on early in the week.
