Faber hasn't evolved like Cruz has since they fought - Dominick will dominate this fight and the Faber mega-promotion market will finally finish running its course.

Faber is gonna be too fast. Jorgensen took Cruz' back a couple times IIRC, if Faber gets his back or a front headlock position he'll latch onto something.

After seeing how he outstruck Wineland I think Faber will be able to land well on Cruz.

I think this is a very close one. But in the end I think it will play out like Cruz vs Benavidez II. With Cruz winning a close one.

Close split on this one, I like it! I still think that Faber will win this fight based on crisper striking, better ground work, and athleticism. He's the stronger guy, which isn't the most important quality, but it still sways the balance a little more in his favor. I can think of more ways for Faber to win than Cruz.

Only way Cruz wins this is by decision, that's why I give Faber the edge. He could very well snatch up a sub during a scramble and I think he's quicker than Cruz, we'll see on fight night.

If Cruz can move the same way he has in his past few fights then I really believe he can out work Faber. But if Faber gets the fight in close he will probably add a new belt to his career

Faber is well-rounded but not great in all area's but Cruz has very good stand-up and footwork. He's going to Cruz his way to a lopsided UD.

The California Kid beat him once and he'll do it again. I don't think Faber will keep the belt for very long though. Cruz vs Faber will be fight of the night without a doubt I think.

I'm in complete agreement with p4p on this one. I think Faber gets him down and subs him again, but I can see some of the smaller FW's cutting, much like Florian, and giving Faber a real run for his money.
