GSP can finish he has proved it before. He almost finished Hardy on 2 different occasions and his fight with BJ was close to being stopped in the 4th round before the corner stoppage. I agree 100% with @CthulhuJones Condit has the power to KO people with his kicks, knees, elbows, and punches.

I had a dream about aliens too, what does that mean? If your dreams were indicators of the future you'd probably be too rich to waste time on sites the likes of this, fine as it is.

Almost all numbers point to GSP winning via decision. Should the numbers lie, as they are often said not to do, then you will probably be right, as I doubt anyone aside from the likes of Renato Laranja will submit GSP, and Condit has double digit KOs on his resume.

* And if ever there was a fight GSP would NOT be finishing, this is it!

@JudoRandori I'm assuming the Renato Laranja comment was a joke? If not, I feel I should tell you that he's an actor named Rhasaan Orange.

@Brazilian Jitz "People are so righteous and believe their opinion to be absolute, it's so annoying" that is such an obvious shot to me but idgaf, if I didn't think my opinion wasn't absolute I wouldn't be nearly as entertaining.

GSP via whatever he wants, can't wait for fight week.

I don't know if Tapology can accomadate it but it would be interesting when predicting a fight, to give your own personal odds.

I have GSP winning by 80/20.  I give Carlos only a 20% chance of winning, and that only due to the uncertainty of GSP's injury.  If not for the injury and layoff, I would give Condit a 5% chance of winning via a lucky punch.

There will be massive amount of **** talk if GSP loses (and gifs) and the people that have been trash talking right now (noticeably Canadians + Burgess) are the reason this will happen.

the ****s I give. If GSP loses, I'm leaving the forums forever. I cannot deal with the potential backlash that will come from a GSP loss.

If GSP loses. Which he won't 'cause he's the greatest welterweight of all-time, the most well-rounded fighter in the history of mixed martial arts, the 2nd best fighter on the planet today and Carlos Condit sure as hell isn't 1st.

One can easily argue that Fedor was more well rounded than GSP, but to each his own.

Fedor had the benefit of fighting against no one that was well rounded and hardly anybody who have even 1/10th of the talent and well roundedness of the people GSP has faced. To say Fedor was more rounded than him is ridiculous. Fedor was submitted by Werdum, GNP'd by Rogers, thrown on his head by Randleman, abused and taken down by Hong Mon Choi, and absolutely ass ****d by Bigfoot. He had/has 0 takedown defense or scrambling ability, he just never fought anyone with those talents. GSP is elite, EVERYWHERE.

See, the problem is you're looking at nothing but the past. He definitely was the best WW of all time, but now that he's blown his knee out and hasnt fought in almost 2 years he may come out and look like pure ****. There's no such thing as a "lock" in any sport, much less fighting. If GSP loses you'll stilllll be here, or a wild white belt of equal arrogance will appear.

Well, it wasn't exactly a takedown from Hong Man Choi.  He sort of just fell on top of Fedor.

Most of what messiah posted is ********, Fedor was obviously a VERY well-rounded fighter, that cannot be argued. He is definitely one of the 5 most well rounded fighters ever.

But GSP is far and away the most well-rounded fighter ever, and it isn't even close. They should change the word from well-rounded to St-Pierresque, that's how well rounded GSP is. GSP is the best striker in the welterweight division, the best wrestler in the UFC, has one of the best gas tanks in the UFC, the smartest fighter in the UFC, the most explosive fighter in the welterweight division, one of the strongest welterweights, one of the best grapplers in the welterweight division, etcetc. I could go one but I can't think of more criteria, but GSP would probably be in elite in that too.

Fedor in his prime was great, arguably the greatest ever, but no one is more well-rounded than GSP.

Not really in the mood to argue, but I did find the fact he brought up Randleman and Choi quite funny. Oh and saying that getting subbed by Werdum is a big thing when GSP was subbed through making an even worse mistake than Fedor.

Seriously...Why would you ever go for a kimura on the bottom while in half guard.....
