Wolf your problem is always taking 1 or 2 10% dogs per card trying to win. Yeah it will get you a win now and then but a lot of the time you are doing it on fights where one guy has absolutely no chance, it hurts you way more than it helps you.

did we not see a 1% guy win last night. they happen all the time on the bottom of the card. i will continue to do so. everything works in cycles and my wins will start to come again. btw i have hit a 1% a 2% and many 3 % fighters picked by tapology and the last 3% one was jon hawk whose fight won me the bellator event and i got gregory to change that hideous pic of him that made him look like he was 45 years old. its a good pic now. thanks for the advice but i march to a different drummer.

i hate to say this but we are going to fall to second place this week. i feel bad for most of our team that busted there butts like old nick, catalogger, dawg, lopati, type, the dude, chron, budgellism, prophecy and stickmanandrew and both are zuffa pickers. we were incredibly let down by two people. i did my best to get them to pick. its all in the comment sections.

@oldnick who the **** are you to tell me what to type? Yeah, cuts both ways. Shutup and quit butting into the forum and posting only to try and undercut me, Seriously that's the only time you post. So quit stalking me, thanks.

@wolf my point wasn't not to ever take underdogs, but doing so just because they are a underdog isn't going to end you up with more points. If you research a fight and based on that you think the guy has a good chance to win even at 10% or less, then go for him. But I envision you going through a card coming to the last fight and seeing its 93-7 and being oh well I havent picked an underdog and boom. You make that pick, that's all I was saying.

its not exactly like that. take the card thats tonight in chantilly virginia. if there is not that much info and i see a fighter at the bottom of the card who is from virginia and he is fighting a guy from maryland and see the fighter from maryland has a high % i will take a chance. could be any state. i like bottom of the card fighters fighting in there home state.

I can get behind something like that, I was just voicing an observation that I've made that you probably pick more huge dogs than anyone on the site, and yeah that does get you a good amount of wins but IN MY OPINION doesn't get  you higher in the weekend contests or in the MVP league.

And what would 2 people have to do with you falling to 2nd? 4 people's points don't even count.

b/c steel was 15th in the rankings come saturday morning and then decided to pick nothing. he was having a great weekend. this has happened before with the other guy too. its a never-ending cycle with these two. they are way up on the leader board and then nothing the next night.

@Messiah, I come on these forums maybe once or twice a day... maybe. If you truly feel that I post only to "undercut" you than you greatly mistaken. Calling me a stalker when you are the one talking to me about my facebook and my "hair"? Right. Get over yourself.

It was the first thing I saw and you responded to him after he said "2-0 this will be my event". I mean seriously? What warrants the response you gave him? Are you mad because you missed those picks that Wolf made? Probably, so lets downgrade Wolf for making the right picks? You always play an easy target by rubbing the people the wrong way, or you play the victim once someone calls you out. It gets old.

Hopefully you can help me with my picks next week buddy. =)

Some more here;

Jackson won the first two rounds to take a unanimous decision from Derek Smith in a meeting of middleweights who were making their debuts.

Zola overcame a penalty point for an illegal strike with his elbow in the first round and posted a majority decision over Billy Magliane in a bantamweight bout.

Wells (5-1) stopped Dennis Maldonado at the end of the first round on a technical knockout for the PA Cage Fight Amateur middleweight title.

Gratalo and Wells won the last two amateur bouts. Gratalo defeated Scranton’s Paul McDonough 30-27 on all three cards. The 21-year-old, a former NCAA Division I wrestler at Lock Haven, controlled most of the middleweight bout, but had to fight off four submission attempts on his left elbow.
