Oh nice man you have some sick training partners, make sure to get rounds and do reps with the younger Brennan brother he is a great college wrestler right now, older one is a great prospect too.. Pretty cool how your head coach fought in PRIDE FC good luck man train hard do hill sprints pull ups push ups squats max out all that stuff, do sprints after every training session and sets of push ups etc always do shadow boxing and wrestling all the time
