Craig vs. Borralho
Caio Borralho, SUB, R2
Seems a good style fight for Caio. Craig's got a dangerous guard but Caio is a Maia BB and seems like he'll be able to deal with anything there. Caio should easily outpoint him on the feet so Craig will probably pull guard. Once Caio is past the guard I don't think Paul's defensive BJJ aside from guard subs is that great so I expect him to lose the back and eventually get finished.

Brito vs. Shore
Jack Shore, DEC
Very, very tough to make my mind up on this one. I think Brito should have the strength and athleticism and power advantage, but Shore is just a technically proficient fighter, will fight well on the feet and mix in takedowns. I think Brito is gonna explode up early, but Shore has more on his feet for Brito than JSP did and it should give him more to think about. I don't think Shore is going to be easy to sub and I don't think Brito has the same kind of suffocating wrestling that Simon beat Jack with. I lean towards Jack in a close decision, but I'm not overly confident.

Kowalkiewicz vs. Lucindo
Iasmin Lucindo, TKO, R3
Karolina's recent run has been against sub-par competition which Lucindo is not. Iasmin is very strong for the weight and has good top control which I expect her to use to take Karolina down repeatedly and beat her up to a late mercy stoppage.

Brener vs. Orolbai
Myktybek Orolbai, SUB, R2
Can Brener keep upsetting the odds? I don't think so here, I think Orolbai is a good enough wrestler to take him down, wear him out and sub him, but I didn't pick Brener to beat Zubaira or Guram either so maybe he proves me completely wrong again.

Silva vs. Gomis
Jean Silva, DEC
I like Silva to get on the pressure and walk Gomis down and bully him. I do think Gomis is a decent counter fighter off the back foot and did a really good job of doing that against Harila but I think Jean is a different level of fighter and is going to be much more defensively responsible coming in than Harila.

Klose is probably the most underrated lightweight in the UFC for me. Netto has power and good BJJ but I don't think he'll get either of those things off on Drakkar.

Ruffy vs. Mullarkey
Mauricio Ruffy, TKO, R2
Could come down to a war of attrition. Mullarkey will bring it but he's a bit chinny when he gets caught clean and his defence isn't always the best. Ruffy seems solid, only loss to Manumito is perfectly understandable.

Barbosa vs. Kareckaite
Dione Barbosa, SUB, R2
Grappler Vs a striker, I tend to side with the grappler unless the striker has show really solid TDD which I'm not sure is the case here.

Bonfim vs. Pichel
Ismael Bonfim, DEC
Vinc is tough as nails even though he's getting old so I think he'll make a fight of it but for me Bonfim has too much on the feet for him by a long shot. I don't think he'll be able to do what BSD did to him on the ground.

Costa vs. Borjas
Alessandro Costa, DEC
Costa more experienced at a high level and should be able to shut this down with his grappling for a sub or more likely a decision

Pantoja vs. Erceg
Steve Erceg, TKO, R2
I believe in Miracles, and I also trust my gut on this one.

Martinez vs. Aldo
José Aldo, DEC
I know its been almost two years but come on, its Jose ******* Aldo

Smith vs. Petrino
Vitor Petrino, TKO, R1
Hope that Smith goes out on his shield and retires, got a lot of respect for him finishing the jones fight when he shouldve pulled an aljo

Pereira vs. Potieria
Michel Pereira, TKO, R1
Ihor goes for it and gets caught, Dana is hoping its something flashy to save the PPV

Craig vs. Borralho
Caio Borralho, DEC
I like Paul Craig but I dont think Caio is gonna fall for the Triangle

Brito vs. Shore
Jack Shore, DEC
Im a big fan of Brito but an even bigger fan of Jack Shore, I think worst comes to worst Shore will wrestle**** his way to victory

Kowalkiewicz vs. Lucindo
Iasmin Lucindo, DEC
Nap time pt.2

Brener vs. Orolbai
Myktybek Orolbai, SUB, R3
I like Brener but Orolbai looks like a Neanderthal unit, I think Brener hits him with his best shot and he shakes it off, unfazed to win by a late rd 3 sub

Silva vs. Klose
Drakkar Klose, TKO, R3
Silva has pedigree, he has beaten Clay Guida which shows he is decent but in Drakkar Klose he faces an opponent who has won 2 of his last 3 by KO and whos last loss is against Dariush, who is quality. I think rd1 is close but Klose starts to dominate in rd2 culminating in a rd3 finish for Klose.

Ruffy vs. Mullarkey
Mauricio Ruffy, TKO, R1
Mullarkey has been ko'd in 2 of his last 3, I think hes been fed to the dogs a bit on this one as Ruffy is on a 4 fight KO streak.

Barbosa vs. Kareckaite
Ernesta Kareckaite, DEC
Nap Time

Bonfim vs. Pichel
Ismael Bonfim, TKO, R2
Bonfim is quality, wont lose to an aging chin who hasnt fought in 2 years.

Costa vs. Borjas
Alessandro Costa, DEC
Costa seems decent and Borjas lost to an average guy

Predictions: 11 of 13 Winners, 4 Perfect, 705 Points   |   Tied for 1080th

Pantoja vs. Erceg
Alexandre Pantoja, SUB, R3
pantoja is very hittable but his grappling is unbelievable arguably the best back-taker in the sport and the speed in how he passes guard is not matched by many. I really wanted to pick astroboy when the fight was posted but it's still a little early for him.

Martinez vs. Aldo
Jonathan Martinez, DEC
going to be a awesome matchup but its not a good one for someone coming out of retirement. martinez is one of the few guys who can out leg kick aldo and that will ruin any of aldos momentum in his return fight. hope he sticks around, there's still great fights to make for him win or lose

Smith vs. Petrino
Vitor Petrino, TKO, R2
any fight anthony smith takes I'm picking against him. If you admit in a interview you cannot check legs and your knees are destroyed you should just ride into the sunset.

Craig vs. Borralho
Caio Borralho, TKO, R2
should be a easy win for caio but we know what paul craig does

Brener vs. Orolbai
Myktybek Orolbai, DEC
brener is a good dog pick but I'm a huge fan of orolbai (many are) the medic win has aged well and his skills pop through the screen. another great prospect matchup.

Silva vs. Gomis
Jean Silva, TKO, R3
pretty fun matchup but silva has death touch. I like when the UFC does these prospect matchups early in careers.

Silva vs. Klose
Drakkar Klose, DEC
crafty veteran matchup of the ages

Ruffy vs. Mullarkey
Mauricio Ruffy, TKO, R2
mullarkey has tools but his chin is so bad its honestly sad. It's not phil hawes level but the fight can end at any second he's in there.

Martinez vs. Aldo
Jonathan Martinez, DEC
Bantamweight is stacked asf and it's strange I don't hear enough Martinez praise. One of the nastiest leg kickers currently in the game. People will look at the Merab fight and see that Aldo wasn't doing bad at all but this is a completly different stylistic matchup for him. Martinez is peeking at his prime rn, his speed will be too much for old Aldo. I very much doubt there'll be a finish in this fight, Aldo can lose a 29-28 but him beating Martinez is a far fetch. I wish him a happy retirement tho, Legend!

Smith vs. Petrino
Vitor Petrino, TKO, R2
King of CTE is back. Same dude who unironically said that Jim Miller beats Brock Lesnar in a streetfight. UFC did a perfect job of crafting Petrino by all of his fights so far, this is no different. You could argue Smith is on a 4 fight losing streak here. Seems more that Anthony is just fighting for a check. Right now is the best time to give Smith to Petrino. Vitor's really well-rounded. Has big power, can mix in good takedowns and his physicallity is incredible. Don't think this goes to the judges, he'll do it quicker than Khalil.

Pereira vs. Potieria
Michel Pereira, TKO, R1
I'm Potierias expert, so far from his DWCS fight to right now I have never gotten a Potiera fight wrong. I'm pretty sure that I'm getting this right aswell 😈. Bryzcek fight shows how Ihor performs when he gets into his rhytm. However I very much doubt we are gonna see that. Pereira has found his home at 185 and is looking better than he has ever looked. I take Potieria as a fun and underrated guy to watch but this short notice fight with Pereira and the bout with Shara he has later on can actually ruin his career.

Craig vs. Borralho
Caio Borralho, DEC
I love Caio and how could you not? He literally takes your money into consideration, if you bet on him. He's not some reckless fighter who takes unnescesary risks, it's complete opposite actually. Borralho sticks to a very good gameplan like a muslim sticks to praying 5 times per day. I expect him to play a similar game like he did against Abus. He surely understands where Craig is super dangerous, so therefore it'll probably be him tagging Paul on the feet, going in and out with footwork and keeping distance. Caio will avoid the ground and do enough to get rounds in his favor. A little ridiciliois line but can't say I'm surprised lol.

Ruffy vs. Mullarkey
Mauricio Ruffy, TKO, R1
Glass chin.

Bonfim vs. Pichel
Ismael Bonfim, TKO, R1
I'm gonna be straight forward. Vinc is fighting after a 2 year lay off at 41. I will be surprised this goes to the judges. Ismaels gonna crack him.

Costa vs. Borjas
Alessandro Costa, TKO, R2
Costa has given problems to top flyweights, I take him as a legit top 15+ guy. Kevins gonna be quicker but I believe Costas power and boxing will be too much for him.

Mullarkey just dosen't really have the greatest chin and just got ko'ed by Haqparast. Mauricio Ruffy is on a 4 fight KO streak and i think will just catch Mullarkey real clean in the first and put him away.

Is Anthony Smith being almost a +400 dog crazy to anyone else? I mean I think Petrino wins, but that's tempting to put a little sprinkle on the dog. Lionheart will by far be the toughest opponent Petrino has fought so far

@devin I was contemplating it, but smith will shell up and play defense the second he gets hit with a clean shot. Striking could be competitive but smith is gonna have to fight a perfect fight to win whereas vitor needs to capitalize on only one mistake
