Predictions: 9 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 515 Points   |   Tied for 2623rd

Adesanya vs. Strickland
Israel Adesanya, DEC
Don't be fooled by the last Alex fight, Izzy does not generally get KOs like that and strickland doesn't normally fight like he did Alex. Izzy typically gets an early KO or out points to a decision. He should 50-45 or even get the finish. But strickland as much as I hate to admit it and as pathetic he looks trying to strike is deceptively very defensively sound, especially with the boxing. The real question is does Izzy get the KO early? I think not, after all I don't think he will choose to grow a boob for this one, Dricus, Maybe? But imho its gonna be a 50-45 or what I'm predicting a leg kick TKO in the 4th or 5th. Sean doesn't check kicks or really try to win the leg kick battle and the only two people that can do that to Izzy in Alex and Jan. Sean's only hope is to grapple but although Izzy hasn't got the best grappling he has deceptively good takedown defence against the cage and I don't see Sean being strong or technical enough to get it there, or athletic enough to shoot for double in the middle of the cage where Izzy typically struggles defending. However, if Sean can work his grappling game, as much as he calls it Gay he is surprisingly good. So maybe Sean should try kissing a guy he may enjoy it and afterall Izzy does like to paint his nails and molest Costa.

Tuivasa vs. Volkov
Alexander Volkov, DEC
This is a close one as Tai can at any point do what Lewis did even if he is down 4 rounds, the only other thing Tai has which ads a new dimension to his game from Lewis is his leg kicks. Volkov imho is the most underrated and under appreciated HW, and his leg kick and checking game is pretty good. I don't see Tai being able to work on Volkov's legs and this isnt skinny Volkov anymore, dude keeps getting bigger. The way Volkov stands and strikes is very technical if a bit slow at times, btu he doesnt do the classic tall dude lean back and avoid. Imho he should out point Tai and as shown buy Gane, Tai is very susceptable to the body and Volkov has a nasty front kick/teep. Volkov should out point Tai or get a late round tko. But just the nature of Volkov/Lewis makes this a really interesting matchup.

trust me, I don't like defending Adesanya, but this wasn't his fault. he can't help that Dricus got hurt. now, if he beats Strickland and then refuses to fight DDP because he "lost his shot" like Eugene said, that would be a different story. for now, though, he's not ducking. but I will say that Izzy vs the winner of DDP vs Rob shouldn't have been planned for this card in the first place. it's clear what the ufc was trying to do, giving the #1 contender a 2 month turnaround and sending them to enemy territory. if it was fair, Dricus would've had time to heal up so he could've performed at his best. star treatment 🤷‍♂️

true. Izzy will prob lay off the juice for this one because it should be relatively easy, but he'll def show up with a boob against Dricus 🤣

I think Pedro will win and is way better than his last performance, but I wouldn’t even think about putting money on him til he shows us something. His feet were in cement after two minutes against a D level opponent.

Predictions: 7 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 455 Points   |   Tied for 3761st

Adesanya vs. Strickland
Israel Adesanya, DEC
Bumesanya cruise to a point fight decision. Tap itty bitty jabs and leg kicks at range. Glorified spare unless strickland shoots. Can see strickland winning by flying triangle, RNC, or heel hook. If strickland gets a takedown he could suprise a lot of people.

Tuivasa vs. Volkov
Tai Tuivasa, TKO, R1
tuivasa in 1. He is gonna hustle in Sydney and put Volkov out. However, if this gets of the first, volkov should win.

Kape vs. dos Santos
Manel Kape, DEC
Kape decision. Not much to say, should just out class him in all respects. 30-26.

Tafa vs. Lane
Austen Lane, TKO, R2
Lane has athleticism and can move a bit. I think he gets the upset here and takes out a chubby man.

Pedro vs. Turkalj
Tyson Pedro, TKO, R2
I'm riding with a TKO for Pedro. I think he will bounce back against an extremely pleasurable man.

Ulberg vs. Jung
Carlos Ulberg, TKO, R1
Ulberg is very very classy. Good pop, athleticism, and technique. Has potential to be a top 10 lhw. Jung isn't a step up in competition at all. Easy Money for Black Jag.

Jenkins vs. Mariscal
Jack Jenkins, DEC
Jenkins has some pop and athleticism. He is gonna have too much movement and pop. 30-27.

Mullarkey vs. Makdessi
Jamie Mullarkey, DEC
Mullarkey is decent fighter. I think he wins a decision here against an expired fighter like makdessi. 29-28.

Haqparast vs. Quiñones
Nasrat Haqparast, DEC
Quinones is super **** and Haqparast is actually quite decent. Don't think haqparast will win by stoppage but should cruise to a decision. 30-27.

Diamond vs. Radtke
Blood Diamond, DEC
These guys both suck and shouldn't be in the ufc. I'll go with Blood because he has a cool name.

Young vs. Miranda
Gabriel Miranda, SUB, R2
Miranda gets this done. Young lost to Blake Bilder. Submisson RNC round 2.

Jousset vs. Crosbie
Kevin Jousset, DEC
Jousset shows off his class and wins a clean decision. Bareman will coach him up. 30-27.

This card looks absolutely and horrendously dire. I don't even want to watch it and wouldn't if not for Strickland. Ulberg vs Jung is cool enough and Volkov beating up Tai will be satisfying but really UFC? I'm not a cazzy by any means but the match ups themselves here are plain stinky. Speaking of, Lauren Stanko is commentating too? She was dreadful last time. I guess at least it's fitting 🤷.

Weird planning to have this card shortly after both Volk and Whittaker fought but not long enough away that they’d be ready to fight again.

Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 500 Points   |   Tied for 2973rd

Ulberg vs. Jung
Carlos Ulberg, TKO, R1
Pretty clear result coming in here. Jung showed potential but he’s been shown to be average at best. Especially in his last fight where he just looked plain bad. Ulberg on the other hand has nothing but momentum. He’s been looking better every fight and is gonna crack the top 10 soon. This should be an easy highlight reel

Jenkins vs. Mariscal
Jack Jenkins, TKO, R2
Weird fight here. Not sure why they aren’t progressing Jenkins but it’s alright. Chepe is alright but lacking in a lot of areas. Especially striking defense. He’s also gonna be the smaller man. Grappling edge is also to Jenkins. I think he wins this fight wherever it goes on route to a finish

Mullarkey vs. Makdessi
Jamie Mullarkey, DEC
Maaaan Mullarkey’s last one was a bad look. He’s got some decent qualities but he’s gotta win here. He should against an old and very much so washed Makdessi

Haqparast vs. Quiñones
Nasrat Haqparast, DEC
No clue why Landon got in lol. He’s absolutely not ufc material atm. Haqparast is nothing special but he should easily beat Landon

Diamond vs. Radtke
Charlie Radtke, SUB, R1
I picked Blood Diamond last fight against one of the worst guys on the roster and he lost. That will never make me pick him again. He’s just so bad. His kickboxing is pretty good but everything else is just awful. And I mean everything. Especially his cardio which is next level trash. As well as his grappling which I think will do him in here. Idk much about Radtke, but he has a legit win over a good prospect so I’m automatically taking him

Young vs. Miranda
Shane Young, DEC
Buummm fight. Both are really bad but Miranda is just next level bad imo. Young is too skill wise but he’s got more heart so I’ll edge him despite how much he doesn’t belong

Jousset vs. Crosbie
Kevin Jousset, TKO, R2
No clue why they signed Crosbie. He’s not good at all. Jousset trains at CKB and has better wins under his belt. We’ll see though
