Boxing is decent enough but overrated as ****.
Takedown defense is good but only shown it against regular takedowns. Not trips.
Bjj is brown belt i think. So hes serviceable there.
Cardio checks out.

Hermansson’s hands aren’t very good either. Plus if he misses one takedown attempt and another and another, he will give up on them and they will get easier to defend. I think Jack is a good fighter don’t get it twisted, but this is just a really bad style matchup
