i said id pick against chris curtis until i die and i meant it hermansson has the tools to make this a tough fight for curtis problem is i find curtis has faced three similar opponents in a row and knows the gameplan to go too and execute allen hermansson and vieira all are similar in certain ways i know their is different things about the each of them but one thing is they are all relentless on the floor but cant take chris down if chris keeps that perfect takedown defense in this fight he is going to be a serious problem

agreed @JReynolds idk if id call curtis a hype train as i do think he can hang with some top fifteen guys but i dont really see anything special hes just a BMF who will fight anyone so fans love him and people see jack as an easy fight for him becasue one strickland beat him already and two because the stylistic matchup is in favor of curtis but i will say this hermansson has the best takedowns out of the people chris has fought in the ufc if hermansson cant get him down then curtis has some godly TDD also jack has been in training and curtis is taking this fight on short notice yes he didnt take that much damage against vieria but he did go three hard rounds so i dont think he will be hurt or anything but i also dont see him coming in at 100% i also think jack throws way more volume then curtis so unless curtis hits jack on the button i dont see him winning i think jack also losing his last few have given him some haters

Honestly Chris Curtis is way more fun to watch then Till, Till is one of the guy who has a big personality make you forget they're fight aren't alway fun to watch, Chris Curtis on the other hands first 3 fights in the UFC has been fun to watch

Hey guys - were you not impressed with Curtis’ TDD against Vieira? It was effectively flawless - unless you consider Hermansson’s TDs massively superior than Vieira’s. Jack couldn’t hold down Cannonier and couldn’t take down Strickland…is he that much better at TDs than Vieira? Thanks

I wouldn’t call him a “hype train” I think he’s more of a fan favorite because he’s the man!

I think Curtis will defend every takedown with ease and do his thing on the feet. He'll work the body and touch Hermansson upstairs. Jack has a decent chin so he may win a round and make it to a decision

Vieira has Rani Yahya takedowns.

Vieira is a confirmed fraud. Lost to anthony hernandez and now chris curtis.
His wins are Piechota, Safarov, Stoltzfuz.
Safe to say he pads his record against the basement of the mw division.
Vieira is such a limited fighter. And the fact that the numbers were close on the striking with curtis just shows curtis is an overrated striker.
