Also, he'd be dumb as **** not to want to be on that card (if it happens, pro MMA is still illegal in NY), let alone headline it, since if it does happen in MSG, the UFC are going to stack that card to epic proportions and his PPV cut will go through the roof.
I think he's already backtracked his opposition to fighting Jones in NY, but hey, if he decides to put his foot down (he won't) I'm sure he'll regret it for the rest of his life.
