Weidman is gonna do what most people have to do to Machida to win just edge him out by just a hair to get the decision.

I feel like this is the right weight-class for Machida, and his footwork will keep Weidman at bay. 5 rounds is like long enough for Machida to land one knockout blow.

I'm so excited for this fight. I think if anyone is going to beat Weidman, it is Lyoto Machida. Not Jacare, Belfort, Rockhold, Mousasi, Kennedy, etc.

one thing I noticed in the Mousasi fight was an inside leg kick bothered Machida a good bit I could see Weidman landing a few hard kicks to wear the leg down

Well the way some judges are with judging I would say 29-28 in 5 rounds actually sounds legit!

Machida's style is similar to Anderson's in the way he attempts to draw opponents in to counter but the Chris will be prepared.
