Good article.
Faber is the biggest draw currently in the WEC. They are without question hoping he can look impressive over Mizugaki and quickly get in line for a title shot.

Without a doubt. I guarantee it will only take one more victory after Mizugaki to get him back in there for a shot at the belt, and I'm really not opposed to it, depending on who his next opponent is. First thing's first, however, as he's got to look impressive against Takeya to get into contender's status.

I don't know how much say Reed Harris will have in a couple months. If Faber looks impressive against Mizugaki I'm sure UFC will want him in for the first UFC BW title fight. Faber is the biggest star they have.

Yes I agree that a nice win for Faber and there will be no contender fight. Especially if Cruz beats Young Guns they will immediately jump on the rematch angle for Faber-Cruz.
