Looks like I didn't miss too much going to dinner and a movie tonight instead of watching the fights

No you didn't. No *** moments and everything either went as planned or occurred uneventfully. I fell asleep during the Maguire/Clark fight and then again during the Shields/Woodley fight.

Its very rare I miss a night of fights, but during this one I opted to read my new textbooks for a class that doesn't start for another two weeks, kinda glad I did.

Hendo just said he could stomach this loss better then his last one because "he (Rashad) stood up like a man and fought me and didn't run the whole time." Have to agree with him there.

That's agreeable, Machida does what Machida does though, he is a counterstrike fighter. He tries to get three or four significant combos in a round and if one of those knocks someone out so be it if not he beats you by like two or three punches or kicks. But for the most part his decision fights end up being slim margin fights that end up only being a few strikes away from the other guy winning. And sometimes it bites him in the ass like when he fought Rampage and lost the decision.

Henderson never really put together any offense against him though when he would pressure Machida against the fence he would throw one or two strikes and back off and Machida would circle out and you can't beat Machida that way. You either push hard and knock him out like Rua did, pin him against the fence like Jones did or pin him on the ground some how. Because he is constantly backing up.

Lol Decision Dan complaining about the way someone fought him.  after Fedor rocked him he wall n stalled the G.O.A.T for nearly two minutes then got dropped but got lucky in the scramble.

He layed n prayed Silva in the first round then got his ass kicked and finished but has since been walking around acting as if Anderson is ducking him like he won the fight or something.

First fight against Wanderlei Silva he faked a knee to the head on the ground and put on a performance that would make Koscheck blush......like a man would i suppose.

He's just delusional and a baby.

Kind of happy Henderson never got that title shot. He's relying way too much on that right hand. Obvious that he's lost a step in the last couple years. Not just the step up in competition either. He doesn't have the timing he had against Cavalcante and Fedor or even Shogun.

I think that Shogun/Hendo fight really did take a few years off both guys.

Definitely a subpar ppv. Jimmo and Woodley, didnt see much.
I'll consider the points won from the Jabouin pick a gift, wrong decision imo.
Nelson and Fitch b2b fails of the week.
