As you all stated, MM's got more high-level experience and I think that the wrestling + the high level experience are going to eventually decide the fight. MM mainly needs to make sure he doesn't get caught and control Dodson.
Though I do agree with @CthulhuJones, it's not such a big margin between them, I wouldn't be shocked if Dodson wins this (especially as my gut is telling me he does and is going to be crowned as the most annoying UFC champ of all time - yes yes, including Tito).
I'm just hoping that smug Dodson will get a bit flustered once he's not the fastest guy in the cage ...

Johnson's greatest strenghts are his speed and takedown ability. Hard to tell his speed advantage on his opponent before fight time, but I think Dodson may be able to match his speed or at least come close.
If Dodson can match the speed and stuff the takedowns, this is his fight to win.

I gotta be honest, I didn't much like Dodson when he was on TUF, but that is the coolest MMA fighter I have met. Intelligent, funny, insightful, and humble, definitely changed any notions I had about him. (Clay Guida went in the exact opposite direction).
Both of these fighters are the kind of fighters that MMA was made for, and as a fan this is a great fight, but I don't want either of them to lose. Gonna be a tough one to watch.

What is being overlooked because of MM's speed, perhaps, is the versatile strikinig of Dodson; John gets creative and that is difficult to prepare for and defend against.
