During the fight, Mike Goldberg said, "These are the 2 fastest fighters on the planet."

That's a pretty strong opinion.  We've had very fast fighters.  Frankie Edgar, Clay Guida, Urijah Faber come to ming.

In the old days of boxing, Sugar Ray Leonard, Macho Camacho, Prince Naseem Hamed and Sugar Ray Robinson were all greased lightning, as was the young Muhammad Ali

But, I think that Goldberg might have gotten it right.  The other guys are fast.  But Johnson and Dodson looked like they were moving in super-speed.  You blink and you miss a couple of punches.

I liked how much Dodson was making Johnson miss in the first 2-3 rounds. If his cardio was on par with DJ's he'd have won that fight; he should have watched Tito VS Frank Shamrock for some inspiration. If someone is a better fighter than you, or just poses legit threats, than outcardio them and you should negate their strengths.

Johnson looked pretty good. Think he's gonna be the champ for a while. He's already beaten 3 of the top 5. Maybe Moraga has a shot, but MM will probably be too fast for him.

The way I see it Dodson had the best chance of anyone not cutting down to the weight class and he didn't get it done because of a mix of being out cardio'd and a lack of killer instinct.
