The original intention though was to talk about the 2000th fight in UFC history, scheduled to be between Yuri Alcantara and Hacran Dias. What a milestone, the sport's come pretty far.

It was a good fight and Rich was a class act afterwards, but damn I wanted him to lose, lol. It dumbfounds me that if we never see Wand in the octagon again that Rich Franklin IS the guy that sent the Axe Murderer and The Iceman to the pastures. I would have never stopped laughing if someone would have said that to me in 06'. I would be a poor poor man because I would have bet all our mortgages that would never happen. Rich Frankilin is one of those guys that isn't flashy but his game is.
