Look at how far Carlos' vaunted, touted 1-punch KO power got him against the most varied attack in MMA. Hendricks' power is impressive, I'll give you that, but when your opponent is coming at you with so many skills and resources, mobile and head moving, Hendricks will not have the luxury to just stand there and plant and throw. He will need to be constantly on guard every moment against the TD, and that prevents you from planting and putting all your power into your punches.
Because instead of being on your heels and throwing you have to be on your toes, mobile and ready to move every moment.

I know some people say, "if he isn't any good how come he connected the punch in the first place?" well, the thing is an WW MMA fight there is an average of 150 strikes thrown in a round and 3.5 strikes landed per minute by each opponent, so it's really bound to happen.
I remember some people would say Matt Serra is better than GSP because he knocked him out, and that's just silly. A UFC fight its not a KO power contest, its a Mixed Martial Arts match, and we didn't see any MMA during the Hendricks-Kamp fight to really make a call on who's the better MMA fighter, we already knew who was the most powerful though.
But that's that, whoever finishes the fight one way or the other moves on. I guess its just that I'd rather watch a technical MMA fight than a one punch KO that doesn't really tell much about either fighter, but that's just me.

Now that his KO tactic is 'out in the open', everyone will be ready for him and prepared. And another thing. Because he is a decorated wrestler, does that mean GSP is not supposed to take him down? Hardly.
If GSP can handle Jon Fitch on the ground, as well as Koscheck, Johny Hendricks does not scare him from going to the ground. I say GSP is the better wrestler / MMA fighter on the ground than Johny.

Just rewatched the fight.
If you have good eyes you can pick out Dana and one of those bothers( the muscle guy) in the crowd.
Dana didnt really look happy. Everyone stood up when it happened but Dana quickly sat back down
interesting,yes?
