Gold Dragon MMA specializes in Mixed Martial Arts, but also breaks down MMA into its major components: striking and grappling. Our gym is well equipped with mearly 1800 square feet of mats, heavy bags, and a host of other modern training tools.
We treat each student as an individual and help them achieve their personal goals, whether they desire to compete in MMA events, learn self-defense, or simply get in shape. Men, women and children of all experience and fitness levels are welcomed.
