Hi guyz.!!!!
First there was "Slow dayz in MMA" and i think that this thread was divided into many little thread but more precise ones..
"Where do u come from?", "The spiritual thread", "The Milestone thread", etc..
And i love that.!!
So, because Kallou tought i looked like Bob Marley cos of my avatar, i want to keep on sharing, and put a face on each names :)..

i recomend livestrong.com, they have a lot of interesting articles that are based on science and not ads. plus you can control your calories using that myplate thingy.
about your weight and stuff, im not a body builder (dont like the look, nor the training) but i have some muscle mass as im practicing something most of the time (soccer, muay thai, boxing and now jiu jitsu). if you are not a maniac training hours a day i would say stay off suplements, fat burners, multi-vitamins, etc. just try to add more protein to your diet and do explosion training. try to do exercises faster, not longer. most of the people dont need suplements, and are just wasting money to have more expensive pee.
