I don't see why people are so high on Silva. Who has he really beaten?
1st rd KO of Jardine - OK, but any UFC-level striker worth their salt should be able to do this.
1st rd KO of Alexander - ditto
(T)KOs over Drwal, Mendes, Irvin - meh. I don't see how these are a big deal.
Outside of Jardine, the only top-shelf fighters he's faced are Machida & Evans. Two unimpressive performances, even if he did wobble Rashad late. Sure, Vera is always a risky bet, but I don't get the tremendous confidence in Silva.
