Tapology Top Team get in here!..it's time for a group huddle

 

2 things on the agenda we need to address with this team meeting first is welcoming our new team members which has sort of transformed our team into a group effort as we brought in 3 members from Team Bring it..their captain KallousKlown, as well as ufcchick2011 and One Hit Quit.  Our Zuffa/Bellator pickers are Minotauro11 who holds a great picking percentage as well as kamander who by the way runs MMARatings.net which everyone should check out.


With Jedi Mind Picks and Team Bring It being dissolved that puts us by default, in last place which I would hope you would agree is unacceptable.  First thing we all can do to fix this and make sure we all make our picks and have each others backs on making sure that happens, I've been guilty my self as I missed 2 whole events last week because of not paying attention to deadlines.  If we make all our picks I think we can turn this ship around since we all have a proven track record

I think this was one of our better weeks as far as making all our picks,I haven't looked at everyone but freeman did mention he missed pancrase and their was the odd fight change that not everyone caught

Freeman missing one event shouldnt have put us last place. 7-8 events in and we were winning yet we lose??? How is that even possible. We'll have to wait for greg to post the weekend contest.

As commissioner I will figure out myself what killed you guys, give me a moment.

klown missed like 4 events, One Hit Quit missed 2 and there may have been 1 or 2 more people that missed 1..sooo not as good as I thought

Freeman missed Pancrase
One Hit quit missed Pancrase and Premier FC 8
LBJ missed Jungle Fight

Other than that perhaps some people didn't make late changes or some sucked it up on the last cards, as a courtesy I will follow with a more thorough eval.

Kallous missed FOUR events, I just never thought to check him. He probably missed later events and performed well on the beginning ones and that accounts for your drop. The fact that he still beat freeman shows that he needsto pick it up, regardless of his 5 event wins.

also, it seems that maybe people should have listened to Lust sooner. 

in his 3rd week with the team Nik Lust finished 4th and in his 2nd week inspektor_voss finished 8th..thats putting all of us on notice to step our games up!

We all have our ups and downs it just happens that I totally **** on myself last weekend and lost a full 1% on my pisk percentage. At least I have that glorious weekend contest victory in my backpocket so I don't look like a complete fool.

I'm getting in my picks now. As Jon Jones would say.. "LETS GOOO.. WOO! CMON BABY!" Lets not be the laughing stock of the league this week.

Has anyone talked to Kallous??
